The team at Niche is thrilled to announce that we have been appointed to carry out a re-design and fit out project for Union Maritime. Union Maritime is a UK owner and operator of a fleet of chemical tankers focusing on clean petroleum products in West Africa as well as internationally.

Future Facilities the global software company that provides consultancy services for the worlds largest data centers, has awarded Niche Projects a contract to design and fit out some additional office space that  the company is acquiring. 

We are delighted to announce that our long term client October Films has awarded us the office design and fit out contract for its new 16,000 sq ft office location to Banwell Studios.

We are excited to provide details for our latest project. Niche has been awarded the fit out a fast growing technology company. Providing a creative and stylish design, Niche displayed the necessary qualities to help this company expand their offices to accommodate their rapid growth. Our client is taking additional space to provide additional meeting room space, as well as creating a  comfortable breakout space and hot desking area for the staff.

After a rigorous and very competitive pitch process the team at Niche beat the competition and was awarded a office design and fit out project for Euro Alloys first London office. We have produced a classic, smart design which strongly represents the Euro Alloys brand. 

Niche Projects London's leading small works office design and build specialist is happy to provide information about our latest project. We are thrilled to announce that we have been chosen to work with STX Entertainment for the design and fit out of their first London office. STX entertainment is a fully integrated, diversified, global media company. STX specializes in the development, production, marketing and distribution of talent-driven films, television, and digital media content.

We are very happy and grateful that our existing client The British In Vitro Diagnostics Association (BIVDA) has decided to use Niche again for its upcoming office move. Having thoroughly enjoyed working with the trade association back in 2013, we jumped at the chance to work with them again as they relocate from Westminster to Oxford Street.   

Niche is happy to provide a new business update for the month of August which by all accounts should be a busy period for the team. We are delighted to announce that Kau Media Group has awarded us the office design and fit out project for their office relocation to the Aircraft Factory in Hammersmith.

BWC continues to exist to help current and former bank employees and their families through continued research into workplace wellbeing and to current and former bank employees, they are able to offer increasingly relevant services to the banking communities they support.
