The team at Niche is very happy to report that we have been appointed to carry out the office design and fit out project for The Lifeway’s Group. Lifeway’s Community Care is one of the UK's leading providers of specialist community care, providing supported living and residential care services. The 6,900 sqft office relocation project consists of a complete refit of 56 Southwark Bridge Road, an old public library.  Richard Kopman Design Director comments “This is an exciting, but challenging project for Niche due to the nature of the building. We are pleased to announce that The Legatum Institute Foundation has appointed Niche to carry out a refurbishment project for its London base in Charles Street. The Legatum Institute is a charitable public policy think-tank whose mission is to help people lead more prosperous lives. They are most famous for producing the Legatum Prosperity Index. Project Director Westley Harnett comments “Having worked extremely hard during the bid process, and producing a number of inspirational design schemes. I am delighted that the Institute has decided to move forward with Niche. We look forward to turning our design concept into reality and will commence the project in the next few weeks”.
