We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the office fit out and furniture contract for TRG Logistics office relocation project.  The team at Niche looks forward to delivering another project on time, on budget and to an exceptionally high standard.
TRG are relocating from their current office in Wimbledon to a much larger premises in Epsom. The new premises originally a car dealership is 19,000 sqft in size with the office space being 6000sqft.

It’s a Happy New Year as Niche is awarded the 3000 sqft shell and core fit out for Cardlane Ltd. Niche will provide a turnkey solution that includes a CAT A & CAT B fit out that includes project managing External Glazing, Mechanical & Electrical, AC works, cabling, flooring, decorations, glass partitioning in addition to fitting a shower/toilets and supplying furniture. Niche was appointed due to our consultative, highly responsive, over and above approach to the project.

Weapon 7 a digital focused agency based in Holborn has chosen Niche to design and fit out its new 5000 sqft office. The design scheme is a quirky, fun, creative space typical of digital media companies which was designed to a very strict budget. Niche was appointed due to our clear understanding of the clients brief and our ability to complete the project in 4 weeks.

Niche is delighted to announce that  another deal has been secured. Cover Up Clothing the Camden based fashion house has appointed Niche to design and fit out its new 5,000 sqft office move to the Centro Buildings in Camden.
