We are happy to provide an update on a new fit out project for the international Group. The International Group, a club that comprises 13 independent, not-for-profit mutual insurance association, providing cover for its shipowner and charterer members against third party liabilities arising out of the use and operation of ships. We look forward to starting the project and delivering another city fit out  for a client in the insurance sector. 

Niche Projects, London’s Leading Small Works Design & Build Specialist has now been appointed to proceed with works on Protean Risk’s office space located just outside of Leadenhall Market. By harmonising their brand colours, we have been able to create an artistic and sophisticated design suited exactly for their appetite.

We are delighted that the Shipowners claims bureau, with whom we collaborated with out on a office design and fit out project a few years ago has returned to us to assist with an office relocation. 

We are pleased to provide another positive new business update. Our long term client Beach & Associates, with whom we have had the pleasure of working with on several fit outs and refurbishments over the years has appointed us to assist with their ongoing expansion plans. The global reinsurance broker has taken additional office space in New London House and has chosen to work with Niche Projects once again. Niche Projects originally designed and fitted out the 5th and 8th floor for Beach & Associates. We are really excited about the new project and look forward to working with the company once again.
