Ltd has appointed Niche to complete its Design and Build project for its new offices in the heart of the Insurance sector. Tricon Energy Group has appointed Niche to carry out the design and build project for is London offices in Berkeley Street. Atlantic Coal & Bulk Ltd has appointed Niche Projects to carry out the Office Design and Build project for their new city office. The mainly open plan design consists of 1 Board Room, a Break out space, Re-carpeting, Power and Data, in addition to the supply of all new furniture. The team looks forward to breaking ground on another project as the pace in office relocation activity in the City continues.
