Qualitas IT saw the quality in Niche and appoints us as their preferred contractor. We will be delighted to commence works in the following weeks for their 2,500 sqft office relocation project. Niche is awarded the office design and fit out contract for our neighbours office relocation from Sutherland House. We are sad to see them leave, however we are also excited about the prospect of working with them moving forward. Niche was appointed after a competitive 3 way tender, in which we blew the competition out of the water with our design scheme, 3D visuals, and competitive fit out, and furniture pricing.
