Flint Group is taking 2829 Sqft of office space on the 3rd Floor of Capital House. Niche was appointed due to our ability to provide 3D concept visuals and a very competitive proposal for the fit out works. Our credibility was further enhanced due to the progress we had made carrying out a fast track fit out on the 16th Floor for another client.

The team at Niche is delighted to announce that we have been appointed to carry out the office design and build project The Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3).  The 12,500 sqf project was secured under competitive tender conditions in which the Institute had met with a total of seven design and build companies.
