Niche have been appointed to undertake the refurbishment of Rocket; Sir Elton John and David Furnish's company, based in Kensington Olympia.

Rockets main motivation for the refurbishment was to create a more sociable and flexible workspace to encourage communication for the different companies based within the building. The focus was on a large Tea Point/Breakout space to act as a hub for the employees to congregate and conversate. Two floors are being completely stripped and re done to utilise the space more effectively.
