Niche Projects has designed a modern, open office space for Blue Matter, a consulting firm in the life sciences and technology industry.

Inspired by the client’s fascinating field, the Niche designers have composed an open work environment to maximise natural light, opting for glass partitions instead of closed walls to further enhance openness and flow of light in the space. The modern, high-tech design subtly integrates elements from the client’s branding, from colour scheme to wallpaper motifs and artwork selection. A moveable acoustic booth allows for private voice and video conferencing, while majority of the working area fosters a collaborative ambiance.

Client’s existing furniture is incorporated in the space in favour of sustainability through reuse and upcycling. Always accommodating the client’s needs, fit-out and build is planned strategically to allow for the client to move into the space and start using key areas during the process.
