With the first quarter of the financial year coming to an end, Niche Projects would like to share some of our upcoming builds we have for the near future.

The team is looking forward to working with new clients such as Ledger Bennett, Blue Matter, Magic Light Pictures, and London Labour Supply, just to name a few. These office re-fits are all focused around creating a brand-new workspace uniquely designed for each client’s requirements.

Not only do we focus on the full fit-outs, but we also have a few office refurbishments in the coming months. Some of our refurb clients include designer fashion online shopping platform, Farfetch, and globally known hostel company, Generator Hostels.

Niche aims to create a long-lasting relationship with our clients, ensuring strong connections are kept far after we hand over the finished site. Due to our success in achieving this, we have had a few returning clients this quarter, such as global commodities and trading firm, Javelin, online video conferencing company, Blue Jeans and commercial real estate firm, Morgan Pryce.

Ranging from information technology companies to financial businesses, our appointed office re-fits this quarter are ranging from 1000sqft to almost 9000sqft.
