The design team at Niche Projects is delighted to announce that we have been appointed to carry out an office design and fit out project for Browns, a leader in fashion and the UK's first multi-brand luxury boutique.

The team at Niche Projects was asked to design a space for Browns in-house Studio and Alterations teams based in Mayfair, with additional agile working space for staff/managers to also work from.

For the Studio/Alternations rooms we sat down with the team members to understand their needs for their individual rooms, this helped us to create a design and multi-purpose fully functional future proofed creative workspace. 

The agile working and tea-point breakout space needed to be inviting, relaxing, colourful and where staff didn’t feel like they were working in an ordinary office. The zones had to function as a creative space to complement the nature of business. We’ve kept the main colour scheme monochrome so that we could incorporate some of Browns designer pieces into the overall design, this also helped us to highlight Browns identity into their space.
