Shadowhound a financial markets search firm specialising in the global macro space has chosen Niche as its office design and build partner for its office relocation project. Shadowhound is moving out of serviced office space and is taking 1200 sqft of leasehold premises in Gracechurch St. We look forward to starting another city fit out in the next few weeks. 

The design team at Niche is delighted to announce that we have been appointed to carry out the Office Design & Build project for SCM Worldwide based in 2 London Bridge. The internal move consists of a more modern redesign to reflect the new company image. SCM is an award winning provider of supply chain related business information, serving thousands of subscribers globally. We are due to commence the project in the next few weeks and we look forward to helping our client create their ideal working environment.  

The city fit out team at Niche is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the Office Design and Build contract for our existing client Bell Micro Systems. Niche assisted the client back in August 2013  when they moved into 24 Cornhill. Bell rapidly outgrew the office and has now re-engaged Niche to design and fit out its new larger premises in Cheapside. We are delighted to be working with Bell again, and look forward to providing an excellent service and exceeding the clients expectations once more.   

CFM a specialist in developing trading strategies based on a global and quantitative approach to financial markets has chosen to partner with Niche for its office relocation project. Capital Fund Management currently in serviced office space in Mayfair is moving to leasehold premises in St James. We look forward to working with CFM on the Design and Build project, which is due to commence in the next few weeks.

The team at Niche is very happy to report that we have been appointed to carry out the office design and fit out project for The Lifeway’s Group. Lifeway’s Community Care is one of the UK's leading providers of specialist community care, providing supported living and residential care services. The 6,900 sqft office relocation project consists of a complete refit of 56 Southwark Bridge Road, an old public library.  Richard Kopman Design Director comments “This is an exciting, but challenging project for Niche due to the nature of the building. However we are extremely confident that the Niche team can deliver another fantastic fit out. On time, and to the highest standard. We expect the client to be very happy with the end results”.

We are pleased to announce that The Legatum Institute Foundation has appointed Niche to carry out a refurbishment project for its London base in Charles Street. The Legatum Institute is a charitable public policy think-tank whose mission is to help people lead more prosperous lives. They are most famous for producing the Legatum Prosperity Index. Project Director Westley Harnett comments “Having worked extremely hard during the bid process, and producing a number of inspirational design schemes. I am delighted that the Institute has decided to move forward with Niche. We look forward to turning our design concept into reality and will commence the project in the next few weeks”.

The City fit out team at Niche is delighted to announce that we have secured another insurance sector client. The New India Assurance Co. Ltd has appointed Niche to complete its Design and Build project for its new offices in the heart of the Insurance sector. We are pleased with this latest project win, as Niche continues with its impressive track record in small city fit outs.

Tricon Energy Group has appointed Niche to carry out the design and build project for is London offices in Berkeley Street. We look forward to completing another high spec fit out in the heart of Mayfair, and adding another reference site to our growing client base.

Atlantic Coal & Bulk Ltd has appointed Niche Projects to carry out the Office Design and Build project for their new city office. The mainly open plan design consists of 1 Board Room, a Break out space, Re-carpeting, Power and Data, in addition to the supply of all new furniture.
